Haven't posting in a little while but things have been going well on the eating and working out front. I have continued to lose at a steady pace, I am the lowest I have been for a very long time.
It has been a really emotional couple of weeks as I have had finally begun to deal with some personal issues which have been the core cause of a lot of my problems with food (which I have used\abused as a coping mechanism). While it has been very difficult time in my life, the future is much brighter, and I can see the silver lining on the clouds.
Virus, be patient and you will be under 300 in no time (I hope to be there soon myself!!!)

June 22, 2011 - current weight - 307
July 3, 2010 - Near term Goal 2 - 305
June 10, 1010 - Near term Goal 1 - 320 (Met!)
Long term goal - under 200
