The recipes on the Whole Foods Website look good...and include a lot of recipes for greens...which is unusual - Recipes @ Whole Foods Market |

I keep it simple - big salads with stews, bean soups, raw, steamed and roasted vegetables, greens (boiled, in stews, and raw), fresh fruit, raw seeds and nuts... small portions of wild Alaskan salmon, wild and sustainable tuna, cod, shrimp, sardines, and a very rare egg from local pastured organic eggs... Of course it’s easy to keep it simple when the produce is in season and amazing!

I also incorporate a lot of the traditional greek recipes from my family... During traditional greek Lent, all animal products and all oils are excluded from the diet during holy week...
