As Terri I will be going on holidays at the end of the week so I will have some modified goals.
1. Eat good food, be careful about "empty snacks"
2. Stay hidrated
3. Stay active
4. Catch up with emails by Wed.

Weight Oct 10, 2011 = 146
Ultimate weight goal = 140 pounds sometime before the end of 2011
