Down 2lbs this week, for a total of -12 since the end of May.
Best part of the week: I got up my nerve to go swimming at the lake. First time in years I can remember having no joint issues, so I could swim all out, not pulling any punches. In the spirit of "find exercise you love", this is now on my list for the rest of the summer.
That was then:

November, 2009: 215 lbs
May 28, 2011: 254 lbs
This is now:
July 24, 2011: 237.5 (-16.5 lbs)
October 12, 2011: 222 (mini-goal)
September 1, 2012: 145 (goal)
