Hi to all. I am new to Fitday. I've tried weight watchers in the past with good results....until I stopped. Then the weight crept back up and before I knew it, here we go again. I'm very determined to lose and maintain this time. I'm tired of complaining about my weight but not doing anything about it. (turns out, complaining doesn't burn calories!!). Anyway, I'm looking foraward to getting to know all of you and providing support so we can all reach out goals together.
