I think you will find lots of eye opening experiences as you continue to log your foods and activities (I sure did!
). One thing that can help is to just log your "regular" eating habits for a week or two before making any changes. That way you will get a better idea of what areas you need to work on.
Most people find it easier to tackle one bad habit at a time rather than trying to completely overhaul the diet all at once. But everyone is different. We look forward to reading all about your progress.
