I think that is only the propel zero - it lists the splenda sweetner. The regular propel (wich does in fact add 10 calories to your day lol) says sugar. 1.99 grams.. I hope I am right as I do like it! lol.
Also.. the Mio stuff turns out uses the artifical sweetners (says less than 2% but still to be accurate it does)
and what the heck.. eventually the scientists say everything causes cancer right? So to each their own poison!

I find it really good to use to make popsicles. I have a terrible sweet tooth and I find having some Crystal Light popsicles around helps me eat fewer sweets and fewer snacks overall. It's not exactly good for you, but as long as you aren't eating pounds of the stuff every day, it shouldn't hurt you.
