Oh I am a sugarholic too. I had to just give it up and grit my teeth through the first week or so. After that the cravings became less. Now I just have to stay away totally. One little pinch of it and I am off on another binge. I treat it the same as I did quitting smoking. Even a tiny amount will trigger the cravings for me. I get my sweet fix through fruits now.
