I think I've had exactly two McDonald's dollar menu McDoubles in the last year, and they were nasty and I only ate them as we were traveling. I just don't have a taste for that crap anymore, and I used to have my 30 minute lunch time down to a science so I could drive thru and have the meal done as I drove in time to get back to work (a couple McDoubles, fries, chocolate shake and a couple of apple pies).
So yup, I think you're tastes will change for the better and that's a good thing!
