Hi! My name's Katie, I want to lose weight and shape up to boost my self-esteem, and get into a healthier body fat %. I'm healthy now, but I can easily see myself falling into overweight if I let myself go, so I'm trying to get into good habits and also see what my body can do and how it changes as I push myself in new ways. I've only really been journaling with fitday for 5 days, but one thing I do enjoy doing is measuring myself everyday. I use string and a ruler - so primitive - and I'm often discouraged. But I LOVE looking at those charts!
