thank you so much ,I went to that site it is awesome,
does not break it down to ounces on some foods thou,
nor have same foods so took a gander for rice be about same hopefully so
will go back later and write down as did not see where could print it

starting weight= 374 lbs in May-01-2007
loss of 170 lbs= 204 lbs on Dec- 4 -2010

gain of 40.2 lbs= 244.2 lbs on May-31-2011
1st weight goal to = 200 lbs by Sept- 10-2011
Ultimate weight goal 150 lbs +/- by Sept-2013 ??
