Hi All,
I just turn 30 this month. Currently 5' tall at 400 pounds!!!

I have been over weight all my life. But it really piled it on after I turned 22. Hope to get myself in gear. This much weight is extremely bad for my health. This I know but people to picture yourself when you were thin! I was never thin so how can I picture that?? Any advice, suggestions, tips, etc. extremely welcome!!!
