Check in for the weekened
1. Enter foods for *every* day, including the weekends. - No & No
2. Keep calories under 2,000 - No idea
3. Physical therapy for my wrist 3x/day - Yes!
So much for reporting on the weekends. =P But I packed up my lunches for the week last night so I should be able to stay on target a little better this week. Oh, and I bought an extra 2 lb weight to bring to work so I can do my physical therapy during the day.
