I took this to mean, the same as you... most of the 'fat' calories should be from mono and poly's, to a total of near 30%.
I'm like you, short and not very active. So I have to be careful with the meagar rations I'm allowed! Maybe that's why I've never eaten an avocado. I'm going to try one, though.
