...weight loss is a lifestyle change. Before today your "thing" was food, for some people their "thing" is playing video games, whatever it is. Your "thing" has to now be about eating healthy, exercising, using fitday to track your food intake as well as your activities and figure out what you are putting into your body. I can only tell you that it's going to be tough to start but once you get in a routine (and you HAVE to have a routine). Make weight loss and healthy eating your obsession and you will get there.
