Well since I started on fitday, I think on the 5th of this month I haven't lost anything but have just maintained.

What foods would you recommend without saturated fat?

My fitness & food reports are public if you want to take a peek.

I used to do Atkins, over 8 yrs ago but I can't handle all the meat.
