Dried Figs?
I can't seem to find a food entry for dried figs. The only figs I can find listed are "canned, in syrup" and they are obviously a lot higher cal because they have sugar added. The dried figs I eat have no additional sugars or sweeteners added, but unfortunately there's no nutritional info on the package so I have no idea what the calorie content is. If I had to guess their size I'd say they're probably medium (they don't seem really large), and I usually eat 2 as a serving.

Yes, that's exactly it mecompco! Thanks very much! Just curious what search terms you used to find that? I tried "dried figs", "figs dried" and just "figs" and couldn't find it. Am I doing something wrong in my searches?
