Hi Tilly,
This may belong on the women's only portion of this forum, but I'll share here since this is where you are. Get a good bra, the best running bra you can afford (and they can get expensive), if that's not enough, wear two at once! (it helps). I recommend Champion. You will jiggle less, and working out will become much easier and less painful.
