Change, you can go to the "workouts" part and scroll through a whole bunch of pre-set routines, including the ones that are in the Cardio Kick Start and the 9-week program, so really you don't have to make up your own workouts. So what I'm thinking about doing is look through them and then putting that on my paper calendar.
