Jacqueline, welcome to FitDay and the forums.

If you stick with FitDay you'll have no problem dropping those pounds in no time. I've gotten rid of 175 or so since last May (131 documented since last June 19) so make your plan, drink some water and do some exercise.

If you have any questions or need help, just ask.
