Sugar and bread are my downfalls so I just stay far away from both of them. lol And believe, it's easier said than done. I do use sugar in my AM coffee but have cut it way down...and when I get to work I use Splenda. Not a big fan of Splenda or Equal products so I limit my use of them.
I have found that once your body adjusts to not having that sugar, the cravings do go away. The key is not to reintroduce your body to sugar or it will begin to crave it again.
