Hi,, i have strtuggled with the same trouble,, sweets,, but,, i have found that once i stop eating them,, the cravings go away,, try to fight it off for two whole days, and you should notice the cravings stop... it is one of those things that the more you have,, the more you want,,,i also found that a very tiny treat,, like a sucker,, goes a long way to satisfying,,, and takes a while to eat ,,and is low calories,,, good luck,
