How can I create a custom food based on an existing food, changing only the amount? I've tried what must be every permutation of create/edit/save/recalculate (or not).

The process will appear to have worked, but the new custom food always reverts to the original quantity. In this case I want to create a custom food which is 24 fl oz, rather than 1 fluid oz.

I'm about to need to make a Mood entry of 'frustrated and angry'.
