I had a HUGE success yesterday - DH put near me a bowl of fruit and nuts and I didn't take even one... those of you who know me also know that nuts are my weakness. But i resisted, and instead of nuts i made a milkshake from 1 pint soya milk and 2 bananas, it was delicious, no added sugar. I shared with him of course.
i also measure everything, scales are the only sure way how to estimate how much one eats. When i create custom foods, I calculate 1 serving as 100g and then if i eat say 25g i enter it as 0.25 serving.
