Yes i'am doing Atkins and it work's fine for me , are you just started ?
You can ask a starter package on Link removed for 19,99 Euro .

I'am now in phase 1 the 3 week , i just do phase 1 4 weeks because you have to lose 10-15 kilo to go to the next phase so i have to 7 kilo . Than i going to phase 2 .
