My name is Anna and I'm 32 years old. I've been trying to lose weight for about 2 years now. I lost 25lbs on Weight Watchers about 1.5 years ago. I've managed to keep about 10lbs of that off since. I really want to get to my goal weight and get into the habit of making healthy meals a part of my family's life now before my hubby and I have babies. My husband likes quick easy meals that don't take time. He thinks anything made from scratch is too time consuming which makes it hard to meal plan because he tends to push for quick frozen dinners
during the week.
I'm finally at a point where I need to put my foot down and make healthy home made meals a part of our life whether he likes it or not.
