I weighed in at 137 this week. I'm down 1 pound from last week. With working out and eating healthy, I expected to lose more; however, I did monitor my body fat percentage and it decreased by a couple of percentage points. Don't become discouraged if you worked hard and didn't lose a lot or any weight; retaining water or building muscle may have an effect on what shows up on the scale. Keep up all of the hard work!
