Morning all!
My name's Laura, I'm from Aussieland, and I want to join the RAAF.
I'm currently about 112kgs, and need to cut it to about 80ish.
Mum and I call it my 10 month plan, because I want to apply in December / Jan, and I've just joined bootcamp.com.au and had my first - painful - session last night.
Thought I'd drop by and say hi.

Make sure you come up with an eating plan you can easily stick with, keep up the exercise and drink plenty of water. If you do that, and log everything into FitDay to track it, I know you'll reach your goal.

Thanks for the welcome.
I'm just focusing on the boot camp sessions (I'm still sore from two days ago!), and also cutting out 'crap' in my diet... so only going to buy fruit / veggies and lean meats... in saying that, I'm not going to be so strict that I won't order a salad without dressing or anything.
And drinking tons of water as well.
I'm also going to start heading out on some weekends to go camping and do walks and stuff. Yay!
If I don't post anything I'll be stalking, but it's a bit hard at work. :P
