Annie, welcome. It's a little hard not knowing your stats, but I don't see any reason you couldn't drop 100 lbs in a year or less if you get serious about it. Please feel free to drop in on our 100 lbs to lose thread: http://www.fitday.com/fitness/forums...thread-52.html if you like.
