I totally agree with you about the cravings, although in my case they are rather psychological. Once I read an article about how dairy and meat create acid in the body, and upset the Ph balance. I didn't really believe it, but truth is, I feel SO much better, lighter and less tired on vegan/vegetarian diet, I'm thinking now what if there's a grain of truth in that. I've ordered a book called The China Study from my local library.
