Hi Christy, Welcome! Basscat is right, there is alot of great info to be found on this site, read through the topics, I know you will find them motivating; I sure have! I think tracking your food honestly, and diligently is important. It gives you a good snapshot of your eating habits, and you can clearly see where you can make the changes required to get healthy.
