HI, my name is Christy Castillo. I am trying to lose 100 lbs. I just recently had a baby and I gained 50 lbs. I was already 50lbs over weight. I am having a hard time because I am also breastfeeding. It seems like it is making it harder to lose than faster
. I want to get back into running like I used to. I have ran a few marathins and some small races. My DH and I are planning on going on a cruise in October, so I atleast want to lose 50-60lbs by then. Anyone have any advise!!
