It's basically what anyone would do who is already eating healthy. I kind of find it funny that it's being sold as a diet book when it is just basic common sense about body confusion.

I eat clean 80-90% I try to do a reload day once a week so my body gets confused by having to work hard to break down the foods I don't normally eat and to keep my metabolism up.

Every few months I need to do it for a few days (I call it a mini bulk) so I can get better results from my lifting.
