some people like the Mifflin Equation, others prefer the Harris-Benedict equation. I, myself use a Custom Baseline. If you choose to go that route you can do a google search for BMR (Basal metabolic rate) and should be able to find a calculator.

If that doesn't work you can email me and I'll point you in the right direction.
