Default I'm on day 7 I can do it...maybe

I am on day 7 of my spam. Thanks for all of the inspiration and motivation. I am setting a new goal each day and rewarding myself (not with food of course), but it is still tough to only be eating 500 calories a day. Any tips on making it through my 30 day plan?
