I hear you. I also have people tell me I don't need to lose, so it is sometimes hard to find support. But how can you argue with wanting to be healthier and make better choices? If I feel a lot better 5 pounds lighter, who is anyone to tell me not to lose them...it's not like I'm underweight to begin with!
There is a thread for 5-15 pound "losers" elsewhere in the women's only corner section so you might also find support there in addition to the other most excellent posters on the boards!
And now that you don't have to be perfect, you can be good.
