Default cooked vs. uncooked grains?

When a grain is listed and it does not specify cooked or uncooked, which does it mean?

There is only one option for quinoa. 1c is around 600 calories. Does that sound accurate for cooked quinoa?

Thanks in advance.

Sounds like uncooked quinoa. Double check it against the packaging.
