I have also just started - looking to lose pregnancy weight (plus a few extra kgs that have gone on since my boy was born . . .
). I've done it at home before (gone from Australian size 12 to 8 in 6 months - about 16kgs, or 35lbs) but this time I seem to be having trouble staying motivated.
I also would like to share my experiences with someone who is just starting/starting again. Whaddaya think?
