ran a lot yesterday, was in a big ol fight with my roommate so I ended up running/walking instead of jogging/walking and went for 2 hours! Yay for using that adrenaline well :P

I'm going to head out tonight too, probably won't go for as long and probably go back to jog/walk but it's nice to know that I can run too at times
