It simply means how many calories less you need to take in per day in order to get to your weight goal. It's not very useful if you don't know how many calories you eat. Better is to look at "Calorie Balance". It will take what information you've already given it about your activity level, and your weight goal and tell you how many calories you need to eat per day to get there
