Keeping track of what you eat is so important!
I am so impressed by how well a lot of people who are posting to these message boards are doing with weight loss and with sticking to their intention to loosing weight and eating healthy. I have been a member of fit day for something like 6 years, and it has been such a help when the weight begins to creep back on...I start logging in each morsel I put in my mouth, and bingo! I can see just where I am going wrong. After the initial weight loss (about 25 pounds), I have been able to keep off the weight. I expect to be a lifelong member. It is really helpful to be able to track nutrients so that I can ensure when I am eating less I am eating well!
