Default God's Country diet...anybody?

My boy put me on to this diet. Basically, its anything that occurs naturally in nature. Works pretty well since its almost naturally low-carb (not Atkins low, but still low) because there's no white rice, pasta, or bread.

Found it works really well and I have been losing an average of 4-6 pounds a week with working out 5 days a week.

Anybody else?
