Took Friday off because well just because I was feeling lazy and couldn't be bothered. Sat and Sunday made up for it with a good 1&1/2hr workouts on both days,
Sat- 45mins Cardio, 30mins Kettlebell, 20mins Mat Pilates.
Sun- 1hr Circuits, 30mins Pilates on the ball (ouch). Followed by 5hrs of shopping
- I deserve it don't I? (but can i afford it?
