I'm 256 down 1 ; the last few days I've increased my calories to 1,200; will try this week to stay between 1200-1300 . I really want to see a big # next friday. No more being dizzy since I increased my calories, will see Dr. to get bloodwork results soon.

As someone said; Congrats losers!! & for the ones who didn't hang in there better #'s are coming.
