Hello to all!!
I'm fairly new here...at least to the forum. Over the last few years I've lost over 70 lbs and have 40 more to go. I know I can do it now because I finally realized this is a lifestyle change not a diet. Diets failed in the past but changing your entire outlook really works. Now it's time to tone-tone-tone. I've joined a local health club and combined with Fitday I know I will finish my goal of 110 lbs lost by the end of this year.
I look forward to all your encouragement as I will try to encourage others who may need my help.
