I think you'll find that logging calories and exercise in FitDay will be a big help to you. It's really the only way I've been able to lose a significant amount of weight.

I agree about the logging of calories and such. It makes me think twice before just grabbing something to eat because I"m hungry or stressed out (trying to run a business here, too, and that can be tough!).
