Any "moving" you can do even if it's in short periods throughout the whole day will add up. For me I seemed unable to devote an alotted period of time to workout so I have said to myself" make small moments make big changes" and throughout the day once every hour or so I try to stop and stretch and do some leg lifts or twist & punch moves and fake situps ( just stand and crunch down side to side). It is invigorating me, keeping my metabolism up, making me feel successful and making me want to do it all over again as soon as I can take another break. Maybe if you break a workout into pieces it might help.
