I would add to the list to watch your liquid calories. Even "good" liquids, such as milk and OJ can pack the pounds on if you aren't careful. Really keeping a close eye o. those things have helped me a lot.
November 1 ... 295 lbs, 46 waist pants.
January 8 ... 279 lbs, 44 waist pants.
