I'm no expert on the matter, but from what I've read, having a decent amount of protein in your diet is a good thing, and nothing to worry about. I drink a protein shake every morning just for that purpose. (I think the protein is probably much healthier than Alli or other weight loss pills!)
If your carbs are at the right level, and not getting enough fat in your diet is the issue, try eating some raw almonds, peanuts or pumpkin seeds. They are high in fat, but low in saturated fat so it's the healthy kind of fat.
