problems with headaches
#2
Hmm how long have you been on a 'diet' or whatever plan you are on? If only a week or so could be your body going through withdrawl of sugar, coffee, cafiene or whatever. If you've been on your plan for awhile & these headaches are new or ony after your exercise are you eating enough calories on the days you are exercising? The right stuff before/after you exercise? For example I add a carb on the mornings I'm exercising. I guess the last thing I would check is your water intake are you drinking enough water? Could be stress, could be how you are sitting at your computer, eye strain, your neck could be out of alignment. Good luck hope you figure it out.

My first thoughts are you're getting dehydrated or not enough calories and your blood sugar's dropping. Cutting out caffeine will do it too. Try a small snack around 7, piece of fruit and some string cheese, or celery and peanut butter, protein and fiber so you don't spike and crash your sugar. I can't do Nutrasweet (aspartame), diet drinks will give me a headache every time.
